The Arizona team joined other local and state-based groups in Phoenix for Environment Day at the Arizona State Capitol. The event provided the team the opportunities to discuss local environmental issues with state legislators and engage with community partners from across the state. Our team had the chance to watch a legislative meeting on the floor of the state Senate where attendees were acknowledged for their dedication to environmental causes and participation as citizens.
