Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt has proposed repealing the Clean Power Plan, the first and only federal limit on carbon pollution from power plants that protects public health, promotes climate change solutions and encourages investment in clean energy.
The Clean Power Plan, the green economy and our health and safety are in jeopardy and the public comment period on the rule’s repeal ends on January 16th. We know most Pennsylvanians want our energy future to look a lot cleaner–and we need to let Administrator Scott Pruitt know it too.
Join us, Moms Clean Air Force, PennEnvironment, and Philadelphia's Office of Sustainability this Thursday, January 11th, at City Hall from 5 pm to 7 pm to make your voice heard and add to the City of Philadelphia’s official comments, amplifying our call for clean energy with that of 1.5 million others.
