The Ohio team hosted the semester’s first “Defend Our…” event, teaming up with Ohiyu Chocolate for a climate and chocolate-themed discussion attended by 43 students. Panelists included OSU Sustainability Director Tom Reeves, food science professor Brian Waters and Ohiyo Chocolate CEO Mike Condo. A Q&A session followed and students enjoyed a variety of chocolate sample.
