Defend Our Future hosted a press conference on environmental injustice and the impacts of the proposed EPA budget cuts on communities of color. Hispanic communities in the Valley are disproportionately affected by environmental challenges such as pollution, and the proposed cuts to enforcement programs and regressive policies put in place by EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt would undoubtedly exacerbate these issues.
